Settings and approvals
Every lever, for the organization and each role. People change what you leave open; a lock decides it for everyone below. Each change is committed under your name, and every signature records the settings it was made under.
Agents may sign
Let an agent sign one answer in a situation you name, at a bar you set, until a date. Only where your last measure shows it would have signed at least five past cases there with none wrong; never an answer a person always decides. Its signatures are its own, never counted as your people's decisions; a share still reaches a person; any wrong answer on a later measure suspends it.
