Out of the box, nothing happens without a person. Your team decides if, and when, the most routine ones may finish on their own.

A change of bank details, anything it isn't sure about, and anything new always go to a person, however sure the machine is.

Every week it is graded against your team's own past decisions. If it starts missing too often, the check fails, and it stops finishing anything on its own.

Your rules live in plain files your organization keeps. When someone retires, the know-how stays.

Everything PlatAtlas knows about how your team decides sits in one folder of plain text files, kept by your organization: what each answer means, who may decide what, what always needs a person, and every past decision with who made it and why. Anyone can open it with a text editor. When someone retires, their successor starts from it. When a better AI model comes along, it has to pass the same test before it is used.

The last weekly check on the sample company: the model missed 2 of 60 of the team's past decisions (3.3%), under the team's limit of 5%. Had it missed more, it would have failed, and said so.
