Why no RRN here? The picker never fabricates a robot's identity. It pre-fills make / model / capabilities; the rrn stays blank until RRF mints it at first bring-up (robot-md → RCAN → RRF), and only then — on the robot's first signed RCAN trace — does PlatAtlas show it as active · RRN-attested. Don't see your machine? Manufacturer APIs (e.g. John Deere) are a coming live lane; for now, edit the generated manifest by hand.
